1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between cv6yy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of any service available at cv6yy.io. By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing a bet on the cv6yy platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the cv6yy platform and close your account. Your continued use of the platform following any published revision of these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

cv6yy reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed will be suspended pending verification, and any winnings accumulated during a period of unverified eligibility may be withheld.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of cv6yy services, you must complete the registration process at cv6yy Login. During registration, you are required to supply accurate, current, and complete information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the cv6yy platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, payment instruments, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. cv6yy employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts identified will be closed and any associated balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cv6yy username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials linked to your account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. cv6yy will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security. 3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

cv6yy operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification process in accordance with its obligations under applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming requirements. You may be required at any time to submit copies of government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of any payment method used on the platform. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by cv6yy may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities or account closure.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Requirements

The minimum single deposit on cv6yy is ৳200. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. cv6yy does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your cv6yy balance upon confirmed receipt by cv6yy's payment processing systems.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. cv6yy aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes specified in its published payment information, though processing times may vary depending on the chosen payment method and prevailing transaction volumes. cv6yy reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request that triggers fraud, money laundering, or responsible gaming concerns pending further investigation.

4.4 Transaction Limits

4.5 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts displayed on the cv6yy platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cv6yy does not operate multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion fees are charged by cv6yy on BDT transactions, though individual payment providers may apply their own service charges.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

cv6yy may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback credits, reload incentives, and seasonal promotions ("Promotional Offers") to eligible registered players. All Promotional Offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the respective offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds or stake conditions. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a Promotional Offer, the specific terms of the Promotional Offer shall prevail.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a cv6yy account must be wagered a minimum number of times before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type. cv6yy reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements have been satisfied.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cv6yy actively monitors player accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee bonus conversion; wagering predominantly on games excluded from or contributing minimally to wagering requirements; and any other conduct designed to exploit Promotional Offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. cv6yy reserves the right to confiscate bonus credits and derived winnings and to close accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Offers

cv6yy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any Promotional Offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms in effect at the time of their opt-in, to the extent practicable.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the cv6yy platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, or other game formats. These product-specific rules are published on the relevant sections of the cv6yy platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules applicable to that product.

cv6yy reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or commenced as a result of a system error, pricing error, data feed error, or any other technical fault. In such circumstances, all stakes will be returned to the affected players' accounts. cv6yy's decision regarding the validity of any bet or game outcome is final and binding.

In the event of disputes regarding the outcome of any sports event, the official result as published by the relevant governing body — including but not limited to the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the International Cricket Council, or FIFA — shall be the definitive record for settlement purposes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cv6yy platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to access the platform while under the age of 21.
• Opening or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the cv6yy platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cv6yy staff or other platform users.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or using payment instruments that do not belong to you.

cv6yy cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies and will disclose account information and transaction records where required by applicable law or pursuant to a valid legal order.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability clauses are subject to statutory restrictions, cv6yy's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
